This will be an interfaith panel discussion to create connection, understanding and healing between different faith perspectives.

Becca Stevens from Thistle Farms and St Augustine church will be speaking, alongside Rabbi Rami Shapiro, Imam Ossama Bahloul, the resident scholar of the Islamic Center of Nashville, and Kit Canlas, the Executive Director of Wild Heart Meditation Center, a Buddhist center in East Nashville will also join.

The Frequency Center is partnering with Sarah Aili of 5 Rhythms for a special evening on February 24th from 6-7:30pm.

Join us in experiencing rhythms of movement and sound as Sarah guides us through safe and mindful ways to express and move energy through the body. We will then integrate this practice with a deeply relaxing guided meditation with Soundbath.

A Soundbath truly like no other, we will be guided on a safe journey toward connecting with our inner child. The intention this evening is not to fix or even heal any parts of ourselves, rather on meeting a part of ourselves that is perfect and worthy of love, as-is.

Join certified Adult Chair Coach Ramona Reid and sound guide Sarah Huffman, as we begin with an introduction to the energy of the inner child, and the gifts created in this part of each of us. We will then  weave a sweet guided meditation with a soothing supportive Soundbath, and will allow space for either journalling and quiet reflection and/or sharing afterwards.

Held in Sound Mind and Body, the East Nashville destination for ethical exploration of sound.

We understand that by intentionally cultivating and practicing heart qualities like love, compassion ``and kindness, we offer the possiblity for connection and healing.

Mind-body-spirit medicine, transformational work, and energy healing therapy methods are effective and crucial adjuncts to conventional medicine and need to be accessible to all.

Join us for an intimate evening on JUNE 4, 2023 for dinner prepared by James Beard Award-winning Chef Sean Brock and musical performances by Brittany Howard, Allison Russell, Will Hoge, Shelly Fairchild, Lila McCann, Cheley Tackett, Eva Synder and more, at the beautiful Riverside Revival in East Nashville.
